As a technology company, we at David Protocol & Defi take the privacy and security of our users' digital assets very seriously. Our Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our platform and the rights and responsibilities of our users and us. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our platform provides insurance policies for digital assets, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The premium for insuring any digital asset is 6-8% of its price. All claims will be settled using our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) to ensure transparency and fairness.
In addition to the above, our Terms & Conditions cover important topics such as the eligibility criteria for using our platform, our warranties and responsibilities for our services, the ownership of intellectual property, and the right to suspend or cancel user accounts. We also provide information on how to contact us for any queries or concerns.
